The Sixth Trilateral Foreign Ministers Dialogue in Kabul brought together Pakistan, China, and Afghanistan to discuss closer cooperation in politics, economy, and security. Attended by Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, and Afghanistan’s Acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the dialogue focused on strengthening joint efforts against terrorism and enhancing regional connectivity. The three nations reaffirmed their resolve to expand collaboration in trade, transit, development, education, health, and cultural exchanges. Importantly, the meeting highlighted the decision to extend the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) into Afghanistan, opening doors for new opportunities in regional growth and stability.
