The Gwadar Municipal Corporation (GMC) has continued its sanitation and drainage improvement operations across the city on the directives of its Chairman, Majid Johar, as part of a sustained push to elevate urban hygiene standards.
Under the supervision of Supervisor Zakir Baloch, municipal teams are actively cleaning drainage channels along Demi Zar Link Road and removing obstructions to restore and improve the flow of wastewater. Officials said the measures are aimed at strengthening the drainage system, raising sanitation standards, and providing residents with a cleaner and healthier environment.
Municipal Corporation teams are also working in various other parts of the city to improve cleanliness and municipal service delivery, with field operations continuing on multiple fronts. The ongoing operations form part of broader efforts to maintain urban sanitation and resolve drainage-related issues affecting local communities.
